Fees - Check In/Out

Camp check in on Sunday between 3 and 4:30pm and check out on Saturday
at 9:30-10:30am.

Fees: $725 (+ tax) if deposit received by November 1

DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS


By enrolling my child into a John Newcombe camp, I agree to the Deposit and Cancellation policy listed below:

A Non-Refundable deposit of $100 per week is required to confirm all reservations and will be credited toward the camp fee. Please print out this form and return it to the John Newcombe Tennis Ranch at the above address or use submit your information via your computer.

The balance is due no later than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the camper. If fees are not paid on time, your reservation will be cancelled and no fees will be refunded.

Acceptance of reservation acknowledges camper's responsibility and obligation for any and all room or property damages. By enrolling in camp, I agree that my son/daughter is amenable to discipline and is free from habits that would make him/her an undesirable camper. I agree in the event of dismissal or withdrawal on account of homesickness, misconduct, or any other cause, except an illness requiring the attention of a physician, that I will pay the camp in full. Unless withdrawal is advised by the camp physician, no refund will be allowed in any event.
