These programs are centered around our Challenge (Ropes) Course, which is a combination of team building activities and high element challenges. This experiential learning opportunity includes several cooperative activities which help participants develop their self-confidence, communication, decision making, and team building skills.

Our team building facilitators offer a blend of maturity, skills, and professional commitment, which have been the keys to our success. Each has years of experience in facilitating team building, as well as strong challenge course backgrounds.
Our program director, Andy Furman, holds a teaching degree in Physical Education & Health and taught and coached at the Jr. High & High School levels. He has been directing camping and experiential learning programs for over 20 years and uniquely blends fun activities with instruction and discussion, resulting in new insights and improved team and social skills.
